Permission to read a connected account, access to Almanac execution, and model funding are separate. A working Gmail connection does not establish a model subscription, and a model subscription does not grant access to someone’s email. The current personal implementation checks workspace execution access separately from managed model funding. Managed model calls use the connected ChatGPT subscription path. Use the app’s current billing and connection surfaces for available plans and account state; this handbook does not establish a price, allowance, or current subscription status. Public research also depends on configured upstream providers. A returned provider credits field is native provider metadata, not a statement of the person’s Almanac bill. Operation availability says whether the capability is enabled/configured, not that every URL or query will succeed.

A result has a scope

A limit usually bounds one returned page. It does not mean that all matching items were examined. Public web calls retrieve one upstream page, object or native batch; later pages and related reads are explicit operations. A resource read from a saved file makes a new request rather than displaying cached content. See web results. Completeness is also specific to the source. A thread can have more messages, one email body can remain incomplete, and a calendar event can have omitted attendees. A transcript is not video bytes. The owning chapters explain what the returned indicators establish. Use an appropriate limit, stop when the task has enough evidence, and retain continuation information when more work is needed. Do not claim exhaustive research because a command exited successfully. For an access or provider error, follow result and recovery guidance rather than changing accounts or repeating writes blindly.
